General: SMN AF3 and Asuran Fists WSNM

On Saturday, Yobun gathered together a bunch of us to help out with his Summoner AF3 fights. We had Yobun BLM75/RDM37, Midget NIN75/WAR37, Vawn PLD74/WAR37, Latch MNK71/WAR35, Daden WAR75/NIN37, Itera MNK75/NIN27, Grym THF75/WHM37, and Kiki PLD75/RDM37. First we headed to the Cloister of Storms in the Boyhada Tree to fight two weapons, the Lightning Gremlin and the Thunder Gremlin. We had them dead before we knew it, and then headed to the Cloister of Gales off of Cape Terrigan. This fight is with a Manticore, and we started fighting before Yobun was even out of the cutscene, thinking it'd be as easy as the weapons had been. This fight didn't go quite so smoothly, and Vawn ended up dead. We did manage to set the record for the fight, which was some consolation. If I'd looked it up from when we did the same fights for Diasuke in October last year, I might have remembered this was actually a pretty tough fight. Both Yobun and Midget ended up dead that time we did it.

I raised Vawn and we headed off to Bostaunieux Oubliette for the Asuran Fists WSNM for Latch. Izan was waiting for us in the room for the fight, dead under the water, but fortunately we got to him before his timer expired. I raised him, Latch popped the skeleton, and we killed it with no more deaths.
